That's "WISH" by 嵐. They're a wonderful J-Pop band, and that song is the cutest music video ever. EVER.
Plus, まつもと じゅん！ MatsuJun (this one: http://farm1.static.flickr.com/17/21084353_416f96f4df.jpg ) is not only a singer, but also an actor. He was in がくせん and きみは ペット, which you NEED TO SEE IF YOU HAVE NOT. If anyone's interested in がくせん, I think I have it with me, but きみは ぺっと makes me die of insulin shock. It is cuter than is allowed.
